Description
The New User details can be saved using this Interfece.It is capable of caputuring the User details like First Name, Last Name, Display Name for the User, the Role, the Department name, the Status, the Active From and Active To period of User, the UserId and the User Password.The end user can also update the User details in this Interface. Also the User List can be filtered using the Filter Criterias like Name, Last Name, User Role, Department.There is a download and Print option for downloading and Printing the User details is also available in this interface.

1 Login Login using your user id and password. (If you do not know your user id / password please contact your Coordinator)
2 Click this Button Open the menu by clicking the “Green button” on the bottom-right corner
3 Open this APP Open this app by clicking the “Setup User” icon from Menu

2 View The saved User details View button The User details must be added into list already The selected User details will be viewed and the details can be changed and saved again
3 Add To List Value Add To List button The Value field is a mandatory field and the value of "Value" field will be changed based on the Criteria The given Value will be added into the Criteria List
4 Edit Criteria List Value Edit button Their must be atleast one Filter Criteria Value must be added in "Criteria List" to Edit The particular Filter Value will be populate in "Value" field for editing
5 Delete Criteria List Value Delete button Their must be atleast one Filter Criteria Value must be added in "Criteria List" The particular "Value" will be removed from the Criteria List
6 Filter User List Value Search Their must be atleast one Filter Criteria Value must be added in "Criteria List" The User List will be filtered based on the Filter Criteria
7 Download The User List Download button Only the available User List can be downloaded Excel The User List will be downloaded in a Excel
8 Print The User List Print button Only the available User List can be downloaded and their must be alteast one Filter Criteria must be given Print Preview Window The User List will be shown in Print Preview Window
